Boston runs in our blood. We wanted to pay tribute to the T because we love the T. Despite its dirtiness and unreliability in winter, it is part of our home. Here are fun facts about the T color choices:
The Green Line is green because it runs along the Emerald Necklace parks.
The Red Line is red because it runs through Harvard (Crimson).
The Blue Line is blue because it travels along and under the harbor.
The Orange Line is orange because it runs under a part of Washington St that used to be called Orange St.
The Silver Line is silver because it was supposed to be the fastest bus transit system and silver is a quick color (lol).
